Biddeford-Saco Country Club

The Biddeford-Saco Country Club, located at 101 Old Orchard Road in Saco, has been a premiere public golf course in southern Maine for decades. Designed by Donald Ross in 1921, the club completed 18 holes in 1986, under Bryan Silva’s guidance.

While other classic golf courses are becoming obselete with new changes in technology, Biddeford-Saco remains a true test of golf, with ample water, bunkering and other obstacles to present the golfer with a challenge. With four sets of tees and ample, generous landing areas, the course is also fun for all levels of golfer. And best yet, a typical, average 18 hole round takes less than 4 and a half hours and the course is easily walkable!

Selected to host the Maine Amateur Championship in 1991, BSCC will also host this championship, Maine’s premiere amateur event, in 2008.
