The 2024 Maine Senior Women’s Amateur heads to Val Halla GC this week on July 29-30. This event is a two-day competition with gross/net prizes by age flights for Round one, while the 27 lowest scorers (and tites) will go on to compete for the overall titles of Senior Champion and Runner-Up in Round two. Last year’s champion Micki Meggison returns this year to defend her title from Waterville CC last summer.
This year’s roster represents players from 36 Maine clubs teeing off at Val Halla on July 29. Maine Golf welcomes all returning competitors as well as new “seniors”, Tracy Johnson and Heidi Haylock.
