MOUNT DESERT ISLAND — As the cooler air starts to move into the state with the onset of fall, Maine Golf is approaching the end of its championship season. But before the 2025 season comes to an end, the final team championship on the calendar will take place on September 13-14 on Mount Desert Island. The Four-Ball Championship, featuring two-man teams from across the state, will play at Northeast Harbor GC on Saturday and Kebo Valley on Sunday in a 36-hole competition. This year’s event features a full field of 66 teams vying for the championship at some of the oldest courses in the state.
