ARUNDEL — The 2025 championship season kicks off today under sunny skies in southern Maine, where the first ever qualifier for the Mid-Amateur is taking place at Dutch Elm GC. With increased popularity for this early season event open to amateur golfers aged 25 and older, Maine Golf added a qualifier this year to round out the field for the championship proper at Brunswick GC at the end of May.
