SCARBOROUGH — The 2026 men’s championship season kicks off today at Willowdale GC, where a full field of 78 players will tee it up in a qualifier for the Mid-Amateur Championship. With increased popularity for this early season event open to amateur golfers aged 25 and older, Maine Golf is again hosting a qualifier this year to round out the field for the championship proper at Webhannet at the end of May.
