SCARBOROUGH — The final men’s championship of the season takes place on September 30 and October 1, with the Senior Match Play Invitational at Prouts Neck CC. This 16-player event is made up of many of the state’s top senior golfers, who earned their spot in the field by a top finish at the Senior Amateur or their position on the Senior Player of the Year points table. The field will play four rounds of single-elimination match play over two days, where one player will emerge as the champion to hoist the final trophy of the men’s championship season.
