YORK — The final championship of the 2023 season takes place this week at Cape Neddick CC with the Senior Match Play Invitational. This tournament features the top finishers from the Maine Senior Amateur, with the rest of the field rounded out by golfers from the Senior Player of the Year points list. On Tuesday, October 3, the round of 16 and quarterfinals will take place at the old Donald Ross course in southern Maine. Wednesday will have the four remaining players return for two more rounds when a champion will be crowned.
